There are several incredible breweries within a roughly 30-minute drive of our Newport resort. Make a day out of it by designating a driver and going on a self-guided tour.
- Newport Brewing Co. opened in 2019. The restaurant and bar, including a dog-friendly patio, are the perfect place to try their flagship beer, the Dungeness IPA.
- With multiple locations throughout Newport, there are several different Rogue Ale & Spirits experiences to try. Take in views of Yaquina Bay from Brewer’s On the Bay, or try one of the over 30 taps at Rogue Bayfront Public House. For more cocktail options, check out Rogue Spirits Sunset Bar.
- Head to Depoe Bay to try The Horn Public House & Brewer, which opened its doors in 2016. The tap list features an incredible lineup of craft brews, from pilsners to IPAs, porters, and pale ales.
- If you’re planning a day trip to Lincoln City, leave time to visit Rusty Truck Brewing. Thanks to its outstanding selection of brews on tap and delicious food, this is a great place to stop for a bite to eat before heading back to Newport.
- Some things just go together, like pizza and beer. Enjoy both at Beachcrest Brewing Company in Gleneden Beach. Stop by on the weekend to listen to live music as you sip on one of their world-class beers.
